Beware of the Bethel – Jesus “Cult”-ure Music Invading Your Bible Believing Church! And More!

Does your church use Bethel’s Jesus Culture Music / Hillsong / Elevation?

BEWARE! You have welcomed the pied pipers of false churches, filled with deceptive doctrines—especially those of Bethel, which promotes a false Father, false Son, false Holy Spirit, false faith, false kingdom, and false repentance. I firmly believe Bethel is a cult!

Every time your church uses their music, you are financially supporting their movement and enabling the spread of their false teachings. Need proof? Just examine the teachings of Bethel’s founder, Bill Johnson who teaches another Jesus, Hillsong – the current leader who replaced Brian Houston (ousted for covering up his father’s sexual abuse, among other scandals), and Steven Furtick’s Elevation Church, which promotes a distorted view of the Trinity—aligning with T.D. Jakes’ modalism and other doctrinal errors.

These individuals are attempting to redefine the church, corrupting sound doctrine, and replacing the true Gospel of Jesus Christ with their own self-serving agendas—often for financial gain. Don’t believe me? Just look at how their influence is infiltrating once Bible-believing churches, often through seemingly harmless, appealing music.

For instance, today (March 2, 2025), a local church in Greenville, NC, used a song by Chris McClarney, a member of Bethel’s Jesus Culture, as a special before the sermon. Pastors, take heed! You must examine the origins of the music your church uses. Stop paying license fees to this movement and completely reject the music of the Bethel Cult!
