Do we really dare to say, “I’m going to have a party with my buddies in Hell when I die!”
Some would have us believe Hell is not a real place, just something figurative, a butt of jokes, and mocking Hell talking about the party they will have with their buddies who died before them when they arrive.
Some who are more serious cannot believe a loving God would really create a place outside of time to punish a temporal human for an eternity. They point to how grossly unfair that would be to us in our human condition born into sin.
Some say there is no Hell much less any God! They believe when we die we just live in the memories of others.
Some say Hell is just a lie devised to fill the church pews and to govern the people by a special interpretation of the Bible and the list goes on and on.
There are ‘emerging churches’ this new millennium who have taken the fire out of Hell by continuing the teaching that Hell is a lie, but dare we say it is? What if the traditional understanding of the Bible is right and those reinterpreting are wrong!? Those of us flocking to the new emerging, and contemporary churches could be deceived to fill the concert hall, theater, and stadium of these popular churches denying Hell. These so-called churches may have a list of fine sounding speakers and leaders who publish all sorts of books but I warn you, among a number who teach Jesus is not necessarily the only way to God.
For you Hell deniers, you are on your way there – you are unbelievers. You cannot have Christ and be saved by the blood and deny an eternal Hell especially if you claim to believe the Bible you cannot have it both ways. I know you cannot leave the Bible alone and the teaching of a place of eternal suffering is too much for you to stomach. You always feel the urge to mess with the Bible. This includes you taking apart great sermons like Preacher Jonathan Edwards, “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God.” You would portray true ministers of the faith as using fear to manipulate the masses. However, fear for any human being with a brain is a motivator! Not having fear or at least a reverent fear of God shows you to be like a fool denying the creation of God. You must ignore verses such as Proverbs 1:7 “The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of knowledge: [but] fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Seeing the flames in scriptures is enough for any believer to know to deny them you will still get burned just as putting your hand into a physical flame you are heading for a lot of pain – no matter your denials!
In recent news we hear of a minister (female pastor so-called) becomes atheist? (Online Source) I say baloney! How about she was an unbeliever from the start as the Bible teaches in, 1 John 2:19 “They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would [no doubt] have continued with us: but [they went out], that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.”
Anyone who had been sleeping in the pews in that liberal United Methodist Church should have awakened and realized it is high time to get things right with God and find a Church that not only believes in God but one that believes the Bible is true. People like these and those who follow them really show how the deception is growing and spreading its cancerous roots!
If you claim to believe in Jesus, you must agree Hell is a real place! For those who have not read this yet in scriptures let me show you please!
Anyone messing with scripture have a lot to be afraid of! With their vain imaginations they are going to find themselves just as Christ portrayed them at the judgment where to the very end they don’t see what they have done was wrong:
Matthew 25:44-46 “Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.”
“Everlasting punishment” doesn’t sound like an all-expenses paid trip to Disneyland!
What does the Bible say about Hell?
Unbelievers get blotted out by the LORD!
Deuteronomy 29:19-20 And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst: The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.
Unbelievers get a covering of worms that shall not die with a fire that is never quenched while in a fire:
Isaiah 14:9-12 “Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us? Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!”
Isaiah 66:24 “And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.”
Mark 9:43-48 “And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.”
Anyone of us who has received a bite from a fire ant have a small hint of what these worms of Isaiah 66:24 are doing! The unbeliever is constantly in a fire that is not quenched – suffering worms with a fiery bite. There is no mention of relief, no party to tell all of your friends of the ordeal you have been suffering and it is far, far worse than this!
You have own ideas there is no Hell, no place of eternal suffering that it is the contrivance of some religious men who seek to control you. The Bible already spoke of people like you when the Prophet Isaiah said:
Isaiah 28:15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
Where will your refuge be made when your imagination fails you as it does now? As I write, I do not do so to control or for my own profit, but for God’s glory – I do not know you man or woman! However, I fear for your soul should you mock what I am sharing! If you care for the teachings of Jesus, consider his parable of the rich man and Lazarus while you still live on Earth,
Luke 16:23 “And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.”
Hell is an awful place, a fiery place of no comfort, no rest and horrible darkness! Please read these scriptures!
Matthew 22:13 “Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
II Thessalonians 1:8-9 “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;”
Jude 1:6-7 “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”
Jude 1:13 “Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.”
Revelation 14:11 “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.”
Revelation 20:10 “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”
Revelation 20:14 “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.”
Those who are blotted, are blotted out of the book of life! If you are reading this and have a sense of true fear of the God of Creation, the God of the Bible and Father of Jesus Christ – seek now His Son while he may be found! Or you can join those blotted out in the lake of fire:
Revelation 20:15 “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
If you are blotted out, you will find yourself going to the place prepared for the devil and his angels! God didn’t make this place for you!!!
Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Consider what I am sharing and not the baloney of some confused mixed up fallible human being who lost her faith that there is a God! Consider the Bible, which tells us of God’s great grace and in His infinite mercy know He did not prepare Hell for us! – It will become the future home for those who do not believe! You cannot work or earn your way to Heaven but you must surrender all to His will so you can be found in Him and know the life Jesus brings! Consider the true Gospel message not the one of these new so-called churches with all of their entertaining and often eloquent speakers.
Consider all of the imagining of this 21st century, there is still much that is undeniable and unexplainable in all of the intelligence we have gained! One of the undeniable truths is the unknown size of the universe we live to this day in 2012. Looking through the eye of the Hubble telescope orbiting above us we are still making discoveries just how unfathomable it is! Every direction we turn this eye in the sky, we find more galaxies of stars – if you look at science through the lenses of the Bible you can see the handiwork of an infinite God! God’s work, from the enormity in size to the infinitesimal particles our science of the day is chasing to explain it but they cannot! We are no closer to understanding it all much less why the universe exists. Our mere existence and understanding that we exist – is a great gift of God!
We owe everything to God! The greatest work of all God the Father has done giving us His Son Jesus Christ that we may learn how to escape the bonds of sin we live. It is God’s desire none should perish,
2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
But we must truly believe before we die and are bound in an everlasting fiery darkness with weeping and gnashing of teeth forever and ever!
